• Ayurveda is science of life. It is so vast that no one can overcome on it.
• Tridosa i.e. Vata, Pitta and Kapha are three pillers of Ayurveda. Imbalance of these dosas are considered as the state of Roga (disease).So the aim of Ayurveda is to bring the dosas in equilibrium i.e. state of Arogya (health).
• Ayurveda has two types of chikitsa(therapy)- a Shamana chikitsa (palliative therapy) and other is Shodhana chikitsa (detoxification therapy) also called Panchkarma including Raktamokshana (blood letting).
• In Ayurveda evidences of Surgery are found since ancient time ,but due to severe pain and bleeding to avoid the risk of shock and death other parasurgical techniques or therapeutic procedures were in trend as Kshar Karma, Agni Karma.
• In Sushrut Samhita an ayurvedic text Ashtavidha shastra karma as Chhedna, Bhedana, Lekhana, Vedhana, Aishana, Aharana, Vishravana and Sivana are mentioned.
• Vedhana karma(Puncturing) also called Viddha karma has great therapeutic importance along with surgical procedure.
• Kshar Sutra Therapy is the part of Kshar karma.
• Agni Karma is superior in all parasurgical techniques or therapeutic procedures due to diseases those are not cured by Medicines, Surgery, and even the Kshar Karma are cured by Agni Karma with no recurrences.
• We perform Pancha karma, Viddha karma, Agni karma and Viddhagni karma for instant pain relieving and some chronic and incurable diseases as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, arthritis, sciatica, heel pain, spondylitis, stiffness, swelling condition of body parts, hernia, headache, mental disorder, cysts, warts, corn, papilla, and some other skin diseases etc.
